The Enclave Servers Product (our hardware and software) is designed to be a "black box" that operates entirely within your own network and under your exclusive control.

This "Zero-Access" policy applies to all data processed by the Product, including but not limited to:

• Text prompts, queries, or inputs.
• Documents or data uploaded for analysis (e.g., for RAG).
• AI-generated output, text, or analysis.
• Usernames, user activity logs, or metadata generated within the Product.

All data and "user activity logs" are stored locally on your hardware for your internal administration and metrics. We have no access to them. The only time we may interact with your system is with your explicit, monitored permission during an on-site or co-managed support session, or via our encrypted offline update kit process.
